Alerte Echipă

Alerte Echipă is an app members of a work team use to call one another urgently, with one tap. This document states exactly what data that requires, why, who it reaches and how you can erase it.

01 What data we collect

Only what is necessary for an alert to reach the right person. We do not collect your location, your contact list, your calendar or the content of other apps.

DataWhy it is necessary
Phone number It is how you sign in — you receive a code by SMS. It also serves as your identifier when a coordinator adds you to a team.
Name and job title Co-workers need to know who called them. Visible only to members of your own teams.
Profile photo Optional. If you add one, it is visible to members of your own teams.
Notification token and phone type The technical address at which an alert can find your phone. Without it you cannot receive anything. It is deleted when you sign out.
Alert history Who called whom, in which team and at what time. Necessary so the team can check what happened, and so we can diagnose alerts that fail to arrive.
Chosen alert sound So you are called with the sound you recognise.
Technical delivery log The result of every send attempt. An alert that does not arrive is a serious incident in an urgent-call app; without a log there is no way to find out why.

02 What stays on your phone only

The co-workers you pick for the home-screen widget are stored locally, on your phone, in a space shared between the app and the widget. They never reach our servers. They are erased when you uninstall the app.

Your sign-in session is stored in the same place, so the widget can send an alert without you opening the app.

03 Why we use it

  • To make the app work. Authentication, team membership, alert delivery. Without this data the service cannot be provided.
  • To fix what breaks. The delivery log and the alert history show us why an alert did not arrive.

We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build behavioural profiles. There is no cross-app tracking.

04 Who receives the data

We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do rely on technical providers without which the app cannot function:

ProviderWhat it receives
Supabase Hosts the database, the authentication and the profile photos.
Twilio Your phone number, so it can send you the code by SMS.
Expo The relay through which alerts travel towards phones.
Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging Delivery of notifications to Android phones.
Apple — Push Notification service Delivery of notifications to iPhones.

The notification services receive the technical address of the phone and the name of the person calling you, because that name appears in the notification.

05 How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When the account is deleted, your profile, team memberships, notification token and alert history are removed automatically, by cascade in the database.

The notification token is deleted sooner — every time you sign out.

06 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to receive a copy of it and to object to the processing.

  • Your name, job title, photo and alert sound you change yourself, from the Profile screen.
  • You can leave a team from the app, at any time.
  • For full deletion of your account, write to cosmin@fastforward.dev — see account deletion. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

If you are unhappy with how we treat your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or with the supervisory authority of your own country.

07 Notifications and permissions

The app asks for notification permission the first time it starts. You may refuse — you will still be able to call others, but you will not be able to be called. You can change it at any time from your phone settings.

Alerts are marked as urgent and may sound even if the phone is silenced or on Do Not Disturb. That is intentional: a missed alert is exactly the problem this app solves. If you do not want that, do not grant the notification permission.

08 Minimum age

The app is meant for work teams and is not designed for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you find out that a minor has registered, write to us and we will delete the account.

09 Changes

If we change what data we collect or why, we update this document and the date at the top of it. For important changes we also announce it in the app.
